Planned to see Mecca major attractions and it was relaxing base for visiting all of them.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

We stayed in triple room with 2 beds.

The reception staff were so helpful, providing practical information at any time. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, Arafat, Zamzam Well, and Abraj Al Bait. Great service!

Such a delightful experience to stay in a hotel with dirty carpets and a strange smell. Just what every posh lady dreams of.

By and large, it was superb base for sightseeing in Mecca, had much fun.

overall it was clean with 2 beds. climate control, flat-screen tv and an electronic key card turned out to be good. location: the hotel was right by the center. i often went to kfc to pick up some food.

The staff was helpful and amicable and the place was fairly clean. I greatly enjoyed the room with 2 beds. It took me 15 mins to get to the bus station.

We had initially booked a room at Emaar Al Khlil, but when we arrived, they informed us that they didn't have any availability. However, they quickly arranged for us to stay at Emaar Grand, which turned out to be a great alternative. The location was close to the holy Haram, which was a huge advantage. The staff at Emaar Grand, especially the person at the reception who checked us in, were friendly and helpful. Thanks to my knowledge of Arabic, communication was smooth, and they made sure we had a decent room. If you're planning to go for Umrah, having a hotel close to Haram is essential, as the crowds can be overwhelming. our experience at Emaar Grand was satisfactory.

The hotel staff, especially the person who checked me in, were friendly and accommodating. They ensured that I had a decent room, which was clean and well-maintained. The hotel's facilities were great, providing a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The staff's proficiency in Arabic was an added advantage for me. Additionally, the hotel's location made it convenient for me to access the Haram, as it was just a 3-4 minute walk away.

I booked a twin/double room with 2 beds online and greatly enjoyed my stay. The location was great, just a short distance from a massive mosque, and also next door to the Center.

I recently stayed at Emaar Al Khlil in Mecca for my Umrah journey. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a 3-4 minute walk from the holy Haram. The receptionist who checked me in was friendly and ensured I had a decent room. Being close to the Haram was essential as the crowds can be overwhelming. I had initially booked a room at Emaar Al Khlil, but due to availability issues, they arranged for me to stay at Emaar Grand, which had excellent facilities.

Would recommend this hotel.

Staff were so helpful that they practically followed me around, providing information day and night. The nearest airport is only a short flight away! Property is conveniently close to Arafat and Zamzam Well.

So fun to not get the room I booked in advance!
